The main method is measuring the water level for monitoring urban water supply pipeline. Facing the difficulties like complicated pipeline, low flow rate, bidirectional water flow as well as inverse flow etc., most flow meter (eg. Electromagnetic flow meter) cannot measure it when media flow rate is slower than 0.1m/s.
While the ultrasonic flow meter is contactless type, which means as long as there are stable ultrasonic signals, the flow meter is able to measure the spread time difference of ultrasonic. In this way, it ensures accurate and normal measurement during the whole flow range (0~30m/s). It solves the problems mentioned above.
TUF2000 ultrasonic flow meter is the time difference type, suitable for flow measurement in urban water supply pipeline. It is also applicable for continuous flow measurement of most uniform liquids which do not contains high density suspended particle or gases.
The ultrasonic flow meter (both the clamping installation and inserting installation) can be installed outside the pipe without cutting pipe or stopping water flow which lowers the costs greatly.
