How is a High Precision Flowmeter Born?

First of all, the internal sensor of the electromagnetic flowmeter is assembled into a semi-finished product with the converter after the welding is completed. The staff will assemble the flowmeter on the calibration pipeline. The calibrated parameters are configured through the advanced software system. After the parameter setting is completed, the system starts to enter the state of automatic operation.
The system will first dynamically balance the water temperature, and then the water will flow through the calibration pipeline for at least 15 minutes. After the temperature sensor and pressure sensor in the system detect the standard parameters set before, the meter goes into the calibration state.
During calibration, within a certain period of time, the water in the pipeline passes through the flow meter and then flows into the container. Through the precise coordination of the collector, commutator, and container, the system can collect accurate physical quantities. Then calculate the sensor coefficient through the calibration software and write the coefficient into the meter through RS485. At this time, a high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter is calibrated.
