Smart Monitoring Solution for Sewage Treatment

The smart monitoring of sewage treatment integrates various technical solutions such as online monitoring network and Internet of Things technology. Through the deployment of monitoring instruments, data information (such as sewage discharge, water quality, PH value, etc.) of pollution sources, environmental quality, and environmental risks are collected in real time, and the data is transmitted to the monitoring center platform through the terminal. Integrated Sewage Treatment Instrument

In order to increase the sewage treatment capacity and improve the efficiency of sewage treatment, the sewage treatment plant uses the integrated equipment of MBR membrane bioreactor to treat sewage. The integrated equipment of MBR membrane bioreactor has high treatment efficiency, the effluent can be directly reused and the operation and management are convenient, which is easy to realize automatic control. In order to achieve energy saving and automatic control, it is necessary to measure the inlet sewage flow, pipeline pressure, and tank liquid level of the sewage treatment equipment.
MFE600E Integrated Electromagnetic Flowmeter, provided by Micro Sensor, is used for full pipe flow measurement. With high measurement accuracy, high reliability, good stability, long service life, complete functions and intuitive display, it is easy for operation. MPM489 is a pressure transmitter which zero and full scale output can be adjusted. It adopts high stability and high reliability pressure sensor and high-performance transmitter-specific circuit and with short circuit protection and reverse polarity protection. The measurement accuracy is ≤ ±0.5%FS.
 

MPM4700 Level Transmitter adopts digital temperature compensation and nonlinear correction technology. It has high-precision, integrated type and digital output, and can be customized for special requirements. The probe is made of stainless steel (Ti material and nylon water head can be selected for special working conditions), which has reliable corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and maintenance, and can be used in harsh environments for a long time.
MPM4700 can run stably and accurately. It can also be equipped with remote monitoring terminal (optional), which is very suitable for monitoring in harsh environments without power supply conditions, and can realize comprehensive functions such as data collection, storage, alarm and transmission of drainage pipe network, groundwater, and sewage treatment pipelines.

Landfill Leachate Treatment

The current overall solution is to treat landfill leachate through leachate and membrane concentrate treatment technology, as well as high-risk special wastewater integrated treatment technology.
In this case, online monitoring instruments such as pH water quality monitors and electromagnetic flowmeters are used to monitor the leachate treatment and ensure compliance with discharge standards. With the data collection and transmission terminal, the collected COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and data are transmitted to the central platform of the local supervision department for monitoring and checking the permeate water treatment situation at any time, and whether the sewage is discharged up to the standard.

The probe has low power consumption, simple installation, easy positioning, and is suitable for a wide range of water weirs and troughs, including thin-walled right-angle triangular weirs, rectangular weirs, Parshall troughs, etc. Historical data can be recorded, and probes can be customized according to working conditions.

Industrial Wastewater Treatment

Due to the national sustainable development strategy and the shortage of water resources, the requirements for the treatment and discharge of industrial wastewater are becoming stricter. By installing electromagnetic flowmeters, open channel flowmeters and other monitoring instruments in industrial wastewater treatment equipment, it is convenient for enterprises to monitor the efficiency and discharge of wastewater treatment.
