Distillation is an important process for separating and purifying fluorochemical products. Differential pressure measurement helps monitor column operating conditions and identify process abnormalities. However, corrosive media, high static pressure, temperature variations, and vacuum conditions can challenge conventional instruments.

Fluorochemical purification may involve corrosive substances that can degrade conventional wetted components and affect long-term differential pressure measurement.

Distillation columns may operate under high static pressure while requiring measurement of relatively small differential pressures, demanding good measurement stability and accuracy.
3. Impulse-Line Blockage
Corrosive or condensable process media may cause blockage or installation-related issues in impulse lines, resulting in measurement deviation or maintenance requirements.

Material options and wetted-part configurations can be selected according to the process medium and operating environment to improve measurement reliability.
2. Flexible Pressure & DP Ranges
Static pressure and differential pressure ranges can be configured according to actual column operating conditions, allowing the instrument to meet different measurement requirements.

Process connections and installation configurations can be adapted to the column structure and process conditions, helping reduce installation-related measurement problems.
