As a clean energy, natural gas is widely used in industrial production, thermal power generation and residential gas heating. However, natural gas resources are not available everywhere, and most countries need to rely on imported natural gas for production and living.

It takes a long process from natural gas extraction to transportation to users. There are many ways to transport natural gas, but pipeline transportation has become the first choice due to its multiple advantages such as low cost, easy maintenance, low loss, etc. Although pipeline transportation has many advantages, it also has risks such as leakage and failure, which can lead to interruption or leakage of transportation, resulting in significant economic losses and further safety risks. Therefore, various countries have successively put forward the concept of digitization of natural gas network. Through a non-interconnected natural gas distribution network (via antennas), sensors and data acquisition equipment are used for monitoring to achieve leakage prevention and failure prevention, and for monitoring distributed gas quality, consumption balance and other risk issues.

In the entire gas pipeline monitoring system, the pressure detection is to ensure the efficiency of the distribution parameters of the low-pressure gas network and ensure the correct operating pressure, thereby preventing gas interruption.

MPM380 Pressure Transmitter

MPM380 Pressure Transmitter is produced by build-in an OEM piezoresistive pressure sensor into stainless steel housing. Due to stainless steel pressure port and housing, it has good media compatibility, stable performance and high accuracy. It is suitable for pressure measurement of various dynamic and static gases and liquids.

MPM489 Pressure Transmitter

It can also communicate with RST375 handheld terminal or RSM100Modem for parameter setting, process monitoring and so on.

The product is easy to use and has various output forms, which can meet the temperature measurement requirements of various fields in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power stations, light industry and other fields.
