Application Introduction

Before beer bottles, medicine bottles, and condiment bottles are filled with liquid, they need to be cleaned first. The cleaning process is as follows: First, the bottles are filled with lye in the alkali tank to remove most of the stains; then, the bottles are back washed with high pressure using water of different temperatures to wash away the remaining impurities and lye. To ensure the stable operation of the bottle washing machine, the level of the alkali tank needs to be measured by hydrostatic pressure. In addition, the pressure of the alkali tank water inlet pipe and the nozzle pipe also needs to be measured.

Application Challenges:

1. The alkaline solution (such as sodium hydroxide solution) in the alkaline water tank is highly corrosive and will corrode the housing, sensitive elements and electrical connections of the transmitter, affecting its long-term stability.
2. Bottle washing machines and alkaline water tanks often produce a large amount of steam and water vapor, and even condensed water, which will cause short circuits or damage to the electronic components of the transmitter.
3. Bottle washing machines and alkaline water tanks usually need to be heated during the cleaning process, especially during the cleaning or disinfection stage. High temperatures will cause thermal stress on the sensitive elements of the transmitter, affecting its accuracy and life service.

 

Solution Advantages:

1. The hydrostatic level transmitter uses 316L stainless steel diaphragm and process connection, which makes the transmitter have good corrosion resistance in alkaline environment.
2. With anti-condensation design and IP67 rating, the hydrostatic level transmitter is automatically discharged when water vapor gathers into water droplets.
3. The transmitter with heat sink and suitable for high temperature environment is optical to effectively achieve physical isolation. Each product has high temperature compensation function to ensure that it can be used in ultra-high temperature and extremely low temperature conditions.
