Pressure transmitters, temperature tranmitters and electromagnetic flowmeters are installed in the marine water circulation cooling system to ensure the heat exchange efficiency of the central cooler. By optimizing seawater flow control, energy saving effects are maximized and stable operation of the cooling system is ensured.
Contact EngineerDuring navigation, the primary and auxiliary engines of the vessel generate a lot of heat when operating. High temperatures may cause equipment failure or damage, so seawater or freshwater is required for cooling. However, existing cooling water control systems generally have problems such as high energy consumption, frequent wear and unstable temperature control.
The system automatically adjusts the cooling water temperature, responds to changes in heat load in real time, and ensures temperature stability. Flow monitoring of seawater and fresh water pipelines optimizes the heat exchange efficiency of the central cooler, achieves significant energy savings, and optimizes seawater flow control.
