General industrial pressure transmitters are ideal for OEM integration and standard automation — cost-effective, compact, and durable. Covering wide pressure ranges(up to 1000bar), optional outputs(4–20 mA, 0–10V, RS485 Modbus, and I²C), versatile process connections (G1/4, NPT, M20×1.5), and electrical interfaces, they are widely deployed across hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, air compressors, industrial gas, HVAC systems, and most general pressure monitoring.
High-precision smart pressure transmitters are designed specifically for the relentless demands of continuous production in oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and metallurgy. They are suitable for complex process conditions, including high temperature, high pressure, corrosive media, suspended solids, or highly viscous fluids. By isolating the process medium from the process transmitter diaphragm, they ensure long-term measurement stability. Featuring high accuracy of 0.075% or 0.05%. Typical applications involve the fluid process monitoring of reactors, distillation columns, steam systems, energy transmission systems, etc.
Our industrial pressure transmitters streamline physical mounting, electrical wiring, and controller setup across both legacy and modern automated systems.
Integrating pressure transmitters into your system shouldn't compromise project timelines or require complex field retrofits. Our industrial pressure transmitters streamline every stage of installation—from mechanical mounting to controller setup.
Standardized Electrical Interfaces: To eliminate installation bottlenecks in international projects, our pressure transmitters support both global standard connectors and region-specific electrical interfaces.
Flexible Process Connections: Built with industry-standard thread profiles (G1/4, NPT1/4, M20×1.5, and hygienic tri-clamps) for direct mechanical installation into existing pipelines, manifolds, or pressure vessels.
Universal Controller Compatibility: Fully compatible with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). Signal outputs—spanning standard analog to digital protocols.
In pressure measurement, matching the pressure sensor's wetted components to the process medium is critical for long-term stability and equipment longevity. Our industrial pressure sensors offer a comprehensive range of material configurations and constructions engineered across different media of clean fluids, slurries, acids, and high-temp steam.
1. Standard Clean Fluids & Non-Corrosive Gases
Target Media: Compressed air, nitrogen, inert gases, hydraulic oils, lubrication oils, clean industrial water, and HVAC liquids.
✅ Available Wetted Materials: 304 / 316L Stainless Steel
316L stainless steel provides excellent mechanical strength, high burst pressure resistance, and sufficient corrosion resistance for general automation at an optimal cost-to-performance ratio.
2. High-Viscosity, Slurry & Crystallizing Media
Target Media: Heavy crude oil, polymer melts, paper pulp, wastewater, paints, adhesives, and fluids with suspended solids.
✅ Available Wetted Materials & Constructions: 316L Stainless Steel / Hastelloy C-276 (Flush Diaphragm & Diaphragm Seals)
Standard pressure ports clog easily when exposed to viscous or solid-bearing fluids. Flush diaphragms and direct-mount diaphragm seals eliminate cavities where media can accumulate, ensuring continuous fluid contact and easy clean-in-place (CIP) maintenance.
3. Corrosive Chemicals, Acids & Brine
Target Media: Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, wet chlorine, seawater, brine, and strong alkaline solutions
✅ Available Wetted Materials: Hastelloy C-276, Tantalum, Titanium, Monel
Isolates the sensitive pressure sensor chip behind a specialized alloy barrier, preventing severe chemical pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and premature diaphragm perforation.
4. High-Temperature & Thermal-Extreme Media
Target Media: Superheated steam, heat transfer fluids (thermal oil), boiler feed water, and hot refinery process streams.
✅ Available Wetted Materials & Configurations: 316L / Special Alloys paired with Remote Capillaries or Cooling Elements, Specialized Thermal Fill Fluids (High-Temp Silicone or Fluorocarbon Oils)
Direct exposure to high process temperatures can degrade internal electronics and cause thermal zero drift. Remote capillary tubes or cooling fins dissipate process heat, while low-vapor-pressure fill fluids ensure stable hydraulic pressure transmission without vaporizing or outgassing under thermal stress.
The above represents a selection of common industrial media. If your process involves chemical formulations, mixed-phase fluids, untried media, or extreme operating conditions not detailed here, contact our engineering team directly. We'd be pleased to evaluate your specific projects for the optimal configuration.
