New Product Change Notice (PCN) effective Jan 1, 2025. MICROSENSOR appreciate your understanding.
Small-size pressure sensors and pressure transducers from Micro Sensor have silicon-diffused pressure sensing die enclosed in a stainless steel 316L housing. They can be used as oil pressure sensors, water pressure sensors, and more. Though small in size, the diameter can be 12.6mm, and the miniature height of 9mm, the pressure sensors perform steady with the qualified production process. Besides, the small range pressure sensor is available with a pressure range from 0.07bar, and vacuum pressure measurement is optional.
Pressure sensors and pressure transmitters with a small size can be used to pressure measuring applications that have strict requirements for dimensions. General pressure sensors from Micro Sensor have a height of over 100mm (Pressure) and 26mm diameter (Level), while we provide a smaller M20 pressure transmitter with 49mm height and thin level sensor MPM489WZ4 with 17mm diameter. These tiny pressure sensors function well even in harsh environments.
With the development of industrial automation, it is a trend that small-size pressure sensors, mini pressure transmitters, and lower-consumption pressure sensors are required.
Pressure measurement is required for most industrial processes to be controlled. Just like piezoresistive pressure transmitters, the miniature pressure sensor uses a precise piezoresistive pressure sensing chip and a durable stainless-steel enclosure to provide an mV signal that users can easily amplify into a standard analog or digital signal. You can use it in locations with strict dimension constraints because its height and diameter can be quite small.
Advanced mass manufacturing techniques and skilled operators guarantee the long-term performance and stability of MicroSensor's pressure sensors. Numerous applications are suitable and compatible with small pressure transducers given the tiny size and compact design.
Small-size pressure sensors apply to pressure monitoring where limited space or critical size is required.
• Industrial Automation
Small-size pressure sensors are more suitable for liquid and gas pipeline systems with limited space. It can be integrated with automation control systems to achieve process control and equipment optimization.
• Environmental Monitoring
Small-format pressure sensors help measure air pressure, fluid level, and fluid pressure, providing important data on environmental conditions.
Micro Sensor's small and compact customized sensors adapt to space constraints applications. Small-size products are also suitable for pressure measurement of media compatible with stainless steel and fluoro rubber.
